First open reed
« on: January 09, 2011, 12:17:27 PM »
So this is my first open reed coyote call. Its made from Fire spectraply with a teak oil finish. I usually dip in spar but last night I went to dip it in my 40/60 spar mineral spirit mmixture and it was thick as molasses, I tried to thin it some more with mineral spirits with no avail. I'm kinda glad it happened though because spar is a pain in the rear end and i really like the natural look of this. Criticism welcome
