Troy, that looks really sweet. Can you post a bigger picture? These old eyes just have trouble seeing things that small.  ;D It sure does look great. How does it sound? I'll be it really sings, with the sound coming out of that acrylic.

I will get a bigger picture of it when I get off work.
John,no it is not a mold,After I turn it on the lathe.I am very carefully bending it with heat from a torch. .It takes some time to make one,after you bend it you have to sand it by hand.Then I am flame polishing it.
The first three I trashed where  7 inches,this one is 6 inches plus the reed. It is 2 inches at the bottom then tapered to around 3/4 at the top.
Itis very loud.
