Farm table

KFB Game Calls:
Last winter I built my wife a farm table. She wanted one made of reclaimed barn wood. After spending a small fortune on barn wood and blades, I talked her out of that one. I wasted way to many saw blades on hidden nails. So I went to the mill and ended up using hard maple and walnut. The top or base have no screws, they are glued and pegged. The top is held in position by the third peg in from the sides sit 1" into the base. The benches are glued and screwed though. The tracks are burnt in with my pyrography

JCurren:
Very nice. They make metal detector wands to find nails in reclaimed wood  :whistling:

Sweet!

JP ( liljohn ) Wilkinson:
Wow. That looks really good.

VECtor Calls:
Wow man!  Beautiful work!  Just the base of the table looked like it needed glass put on top of it to see that awesome work on its own!
