Was wondering if anybody casts there own tone boards or if they have ever sent them out to a company to have them done.

It would be cheaper to go to echo.com and order them. You can get them for 6$ per insert and they sound great. Especially if your a new call maker. The toneboard is where all the work comes in. I used there insert for a good while and I still do on some of my calls. There's guys that want everything done by you no matter the cost and others that want pay top dollar no matter who made it so. I turn the barrels and let echo supply the toneboards its a lot simpler.
