acorn call?

hey fellas, i was wanting to make and sell some of these squirrel acorn calls, but before i did i wanted to check and see if anyone has rights to this specific "design", i dont want to step on any toes if this is somebody's "baby"  but i wasnt sure if this was a free for all design just go for it kindve deall or if someone holds this as their own

there are lots of guys on here that make the acorn calls . all you can do is try and do it differently than youve seen . its just a call your craftsmanship makes it yours .

ok so other guys are selling them? thats where i was afraid someone would get upset , but yea i agree , they need to be unique to your own style....
