Cocobolo open reeds
«

Got a few more open reeds finished up tonight. All have my free handed toneboard and the bands are put on with the Brass Ringer tool so they'll never come off.
I didn't get the first 3 very shiny because they'll be seeing some field time.
And one for a Christmas present
Thanks for looking.

You won't get money rich in this hobby. The richness is in the culture, the craft, the friends you meet along the way, and being able to call in a wary game animal with a call that you made with your own hands.

I really like them all but that brass band really caught my eye. When I grow up I wanna turn calls like Brian. Oh wait I'm an old geezer, too late I guess. Great looking calls Brian.
