I made another claro walnut call tonight. This time I went with a delrin toneboard instead of using the walnut. What a huge difference in sound! This thing really rings! Went a little further with the brass shavings inlay this time. CA finish...Second attempt came out flawless. The sharp corners of the wood "band" sure are tough to get numerous coats of CA applied to, and has been a bit of a challenge.
