I'd make stoppers, but the fellers round here say they dont work well on mason jars :eek:

I do art shows mostly and usually sell a lot of calls at these. Women love to get them for presents. I have just recently started doing bottle stoppers and they are a big hit because they are fairly cheap compared to some of my stuff. I mostly do bowls and hollow vessels that are quite unique. I'll see if I can find some pics. Rings are also a good way to use up some scrap and can be made in about 10 minutes depending on the material, acrylic works great for these.
Oak burl winged bowl 14 inches across, 3 inches tall.
