Thanks..its Delrin, same as I build my all plastic calls out of, like the one in the last pic, on the left.

Hi Steve, no sir not really selling em right now, just making a complete call once in a while.

Mad, the idea is to have a solid place to mount the toneboard/wedge, almost like a goosegut bushing. I dont like to stick a toneboard and wedge into plain wood, it will eventually get loose from wear or wood movement.  It may look a little different, but its a clean, solid system.

Is this toneboard a prototype for Cronk? :clap:  I am sure he will be pleased with it.
