At first glance I wasn't sure what to think.... as I sat here and took it in for what it is, I truly like this call.  I think the stipling caught me off guard at first, but now as I observe the call, it gives it an "older" feel & look.  The inlay in the Coco insert is a good contrast.  That is a unique looking call for sure.

Good looking call.  To show the effect of the stippling first reduce the size of the photo, make the photo so that it shows the call at it true size.  As already stated, no flat spots, and change the size of the burr so that you have variation in the sizes of the dimples.

Originally stippling was done by hand with tools that looked like small pointed chisels with different sized points.  Think of a set of framing nails with the points all ground off to different sizes.

Not too shabby for the first one. Its better than my first. (which is still in the works) I had to get a couple different bits so I could have different sized dimples. Now that I have the tools all I need to do is get to stippling.

Great first try.  I agrre with the above and I would suggest moving the stippling to the end of the barrel or next to the band.  Lets everything flow
