whats the ideal barrell length for a crow call?

On my calls I've had good success with a barrel about 3" long after seating the toneboard.  The overall length of the call (tip to tip) being about 6" total.

Mark, I was not satisfied with how the production toneboards sounded on my calls...So I started making my own out of various woods.  Got the sound where I like it.  Most important of all, the crows like it!  I also learned alittle bit about making toneboards in the interim. LOL!
