Spalted blue ash, with a elk horn tone board. It is tuned to be a howler. It has a CA finish.     Thanks for looking John

Thanks gentlemen. Some days making my own board comes easer than others, But in end I feel better about a call when I make my own board. John

Beautiful call!! I am a sucker for spalted wood!!! And your finish looks perfect!! I can not wait to try making my own howlers, but that is for anotherday!! Keep up the beautiful work!!!  :bigup:
