Tryed some new material today
« on: March 01, 2010, 10:26:34 PM »
I tryed this stuff today and it is a pain to work with, at least for me being new to turning stuff on a lathe. I do like the results though.

It's called polygem and it must be some kind of fiberglass resin material because it smells like fiberglass whenn you turn it. I am still new to turning and it may not be as tough as I think but it is more work than the wood that I have allready used.
