Ill try Braz, I really got interested in the wood crow toneboards, they are the prefered choice of a lot of hardcore crow hunters, and are old school, which I like.

I have a wood tone board call made by Jack Mincey out of North Carolina. Man has that call killed some crows!!  :bigup: :bigup: I got to liking those boards from that one call. Let me know & I'll see what I have laying around here.   :devil2:

Jack is one of my inspirations on the crow call thing, as well as Michael Buckner. Both awsome sounding calls. Mine aren't in that league but Im trying.
Jack makes his boards out of cedar for moisture resistence and Buckner makes his exclusivly from cocobolo for the same reason.

 :huh:  Cocobolo tone boards?? That would be like suckin on poison ivy wouldn't it??  Jack does make a damn nice call that you can run all the crow sounds thru. I'm sure yours are purdy darn good too.  :yes:

yeah, Ive always thought that too, but never heard of it happening. He says thats all he uses, and his calls are pretty loud as well.

Mine are not where I want them yet, so Im not comfortable tradin' just yet : ( but I do love osage for sure.
