Man Brian, those are really looking good. I love the stipled accent bands on the ebony calls, and the shape of the barrels is perfect (IMHO). You've come an awful long way in a very short time, compared to what you sent me in that box 6 months ago. I was playing with them a bit last night, and you were never very far off on any of them, just a few strokes with a file here or there, and a different reed and cork.

I'm gonna send them back to ya so you can see how far you've come. It always amazed me when I picked up a call from a year ago, and blew it in comparison to a new one. Ya done good Bud, those are some darn fine calls there!

Wow!
New to the site
Had to register just to comment on the calls.  They are all fantastic, but that first call is one of the best calls I have seen!

You calls are inspiring.

How long have you been making calls?

John, I started out making predator calls in 2006.  Just this summer, I started getting serious about making duck calls.

You won't get money rich in this hobby.  The richness is in the culture, the craft, the friends you meet along the way, and being able to call in a wary game animal with a call that you made with your own hands.

I've said it before, BigB doesn't realize how dammm good he is at making duck calls.
You boys better get one now, cause by this time next year he is going to be doing consignments only, and only for the wealthy!

ok you guys, you are starting to embarrass me.

I'm just a simple guy that likes seeing what my hands can create.  I like to tinker and dabble around in things when my mind says "I wander if I can make that."

Larry, I've got some more in the works.  Do you have any ducks calls that you want to trade?

Thank you all for such kind words.
Brian

Heck ya, I am serious.  You said you wanted to trade down at Reelfoot, so I got some in the works.  I've got several trade calls in the works lined up from that trip to Reelfoot.

Do you have a shop where you display calls?

Live in Geneva, would love to stop by and see your lineup of calls in the off season.
