 :yes: :yes: :yes:  Good looking pots... I like the added weight to the striker head idea.....,especially on spalted wood which usually looks good but is light....

How do those Purple Heart strikers sound?  I've yet to try that stuff for strkier pegs.....

i have made 2 attempts now at cocobolo and have come up failures... i cant help but try again tho the wood is so pretty. i keep splitting the wood when it comes time to drill out my sound holes... how are you doing it?

I drill my holes before I turn the pot down. I use stoners method. If you look in the tutorials there are i think 3 different tutorials. I have made a  few changes but it is basically the same way he showed. If I can help more give me a shout. I love cocobola pots. They sound even better than they look.

Larry, I got some orders to fill first. I will get you something going probably first of Jan. if thats ok with you. My brother just took a big order and of course it is for christmas so I need more time and I am busier than a cat covering up ............ you know!
