That is sure pretty wood. I do like apple. I have only turned it once and really liked it. I love the knot you have in it. Really adds to the piece. Very nice.  :bigup:

Pretty looking call there.
I made few calls couple weeks back from pear tree that had died on my sisters property sure looks a lot like that apple wood the little branch knots just kind of showed up while turning but kind of like that look very pretty now I have another wood I want to try!!
