Some past calls....
« on: May 12, 2008, 11:07:48 AM »
Here are some of my more recent calls.

Zebra pot and striker.....

One of my 'signature' viper calls.....(had a leopard call up, but the picture was chopped up for some reason  :-\ )

Cypress call, osage striker.....

Funny story on the last call (cypress). It was bought for a guy by his wife as a Christmas gift. I just got a call last week that he'd lost it while hunting. So he wanted to order 2 like it (for him and a friend). And since he was at it he also ordered 2 zebra calls also. Always nice getting repeat business ;)

That zebra wood sure is pretty.

The Zebra and the Viper are my two favorites but the cypress is sharp also.

OK - so why aren't those masterpieces in the Photo Gallery?   Hmmmm????????

Seriously, I would be more than happy to put them in the gallery for you, and if you have other pics send them too.

You folks may not realize it, but the photo gallery gets a ton of hits every month, so it seems people are looking at your calls.  I post them for free, all you have to do is send me picks and the name you want for your album - your name, where you are from and company name is all I need.  If you dont have a company name that's OK too.  It's not a "requirement" LOL

Hello Annie,I've been curious on your pot calls and that has been am I seeing it right that there's not a complete diameter scratch surface on the calls? Is that an original idea and if so "well done" as obviously it works well[sound] as the repeat business shows.

How do you want the pictures sent for the gallery Al? Wouldn't mind being included with the great callers ;)

Bucko, are you referring to the 'half' glass on the zebra call? If so, it is a full surface. The buyer just wanted half conditioned. Otherwise not sure what you mean?

Thats the answer justannie,it reminded me of a slate call I made with a box turtles shell[my thinking] the slate covered the top of the shell but the contour of the shell left a large open area on both sides below the slate and the call actually sounded great.

You can send then anyway you want too - via E mail, or I can pick them up from photo's in the forums too.

I will convert them, crop if needed and post them in the gallery in the section they belong.  If you have other turnings you would like posted like pens, bowls vases or what ever, I will post those also.  If there is no catagory, we can always make one  :)

That's cool :) If it's easier for you, you can just grab some pictures off my website. Then you can pick and choose (and maybe even find some that aren't blurry lol) One thing I can't do is get consistently decent pictures with the HP Photosmart camera I have  :-\
