Had some down time

Turkey season is winding down here in GA, and with some things I needed to deal with around the house, I finally got some shop time in and was able to finish six box calls I started earlier in the season.
These are a few of the ones I finished.
A pecan box with cherry paddle



Alaskan yellow cedar with purpleheart paddle



zebrawood box with walnut paddle

Very Nice calls misfire,Nice work on the extras like the checkering and inlay work.I've thought of working some w/pecan as I like the looks of the color shade of it for a game call.Well done--

That pecan is very plain compared to some other that I have in the garage.



This is what I normally have to work with, I just havent sawn any lately and the other stuff came in 2x2 squares ready to use.

Zebrawood makes an excellent call and is often overlooked by call makers. It works really well with maple
