Interesting call, but, sorry, I just don't care for it. It looks like the antler got stuck in a predator call by mistake. Sorry.  :no:

I was trying to get that transition smoother between the two but the horn was not big enough....it is an O ring fit and real tight........I may re- work this one thanks.......

That Barrel is rather good looking but afraid I have to agree with Braz on this one. That barrel would make one heck of a good looking Predator call, I think.

Well I guess I will do an all blackwood deer call with it and back to the drawing board.......
Thanks for being honest here I wasn't sure about this one myself ......that blackwood is a keeper though I will change it up and get back to ya...... :punk:
I just wish I had a piece of deer horn big enough to do an all deer horn deer call from the bell as It already has the tenon and drilled for it.

You can always just make two separate predator calls. Each piece has a nice shape by itself. Just a thought.

The tenon is 3/4"  I would be willing to trade for some Elk horn

The spots on the band were on purpose.......I drilled through the palmation where the tine meets the main beam and turned against the grain then filled the holes with CA....This leaves three spots on the band where each cut was made... and I like them.

If we dont make something strange once in a while we would never find the something new....... :rofl:

The band is what really caught my eye and really sets the blackwood off I think.  PM me if you want to trade for some elk antler I have a bunch of pieces 3" to about 10" long 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" dia.
