New to the forum.

Just wanted to say hello. I’ve been lurking for a while trying to study up on things. I’m a full time taxidermist and part time knife maker located in llano, Texas. I’ve always wanted to try making calls and finally took the first steps. I got a small lathe and have turned every scrap piece of wood I could find into shavings. I’ve recently ordered some wood and supplies to go to the next level. I’m a looking forward to learning new things and having fun doing it. My name is David and I appreciate all the info you guys share here. Have a great new year. Thanks again.

Looking foreword to it. I’m mainly looking to make predator and deer grunts. Love to hunt ducks but it’s hit or miss around here.
