Tuning issue on acrylic insert

I tried for a while to attach pics but it says the files are too large and idk how to fix that. Anyways, here's what I have going on. Tuned an acrylic insert last night and I think it sounds pretty good, the only problem is if you try to blow hard the reed locks up. I can still do a hail call on it but it's like I have to watch how hard I blow. I can do the low end and chuckle very easily on this call and am genuinely happy with the sound. Like I said, I can get the high calls like the hail call out of it, I just can't blow as hard as I can or it locks up. Not really sure if this is even a problem since I like the sound of it. Just wondered if this was anything you guys had run into before

Most likely the problem is the tone channel needs to be drilled a little more in to the curve or slope on the tone board. Take care a very little at a time few thousand's maybe at a time and you will hit the point where it should work.
