I know I read a post where one of the members detailed out a great process of tweaking the various aspects of an insert, one at a time, using cheap dowel.  He turned several inserts identically, and then would file one down a little bit, adjust the tone channel length, etc.  Can anyone point me to that thread again?  I've searched the forums and can't find it for the life of me, or remember who the genius was that shared his process!!

Thanks in advance

Michael
