polishing delrin

I've been making some tone boards out of delrin.. They have a rough surface from filing and sanding.. How to I get a polished finish on these tone boards ??

You can wet sand it, or polish it with plastic polish after getting it sanded down. Reality is, delrin does not polish up to a bright sheen polish though. Nature of the material.

As mentioned, Delrin is tough to polish.  Once you get it as close to polished as you can, saturate a piece of 0000 steel with WD40 and wet sand it.
