This years big project
« on: September 29, 2016, 07:51:09 PM »
Here's what has been keeping me busy these last 4 or 5 months. I didn't work on it much during the Summer due to the nasty heat wave we had here. Heat index was over 100* for a long time here & no AC in the garage.

6' long & seats 10. 1/4" tempered glass with rounded & polished edges. 4 coats of Spar Urethane. No stain or color enhancement of any kind. 3' tall with 2' tall stools & benches. Wood was from a Friend. It came from his pole barn where the previous owner used them for horse stall walls.

Glass installed in this pic.

I made him this sofa table as a Thank You for the wood.

RIP Russ,Blaine,& Darrell!!

I always enjoy the stories behind someone's project.  Both of them look fantastic!  Thanks for posting this.

Thank You very much!! It was a huge project for me. I'm glad you guys like it & enjoyed my post.

I like the story behind things too. The boards also came from that very property. Which I failed to mention earlier.
