Well after learning a few things here when i made my first call, i have decided to share what i have come up with for my custom guts... so here they are!

If you have a 3d printer feel free to download the files and try em out. Each gut costs me about 8 cents in plastic... plus a reed.
Having a bit of an issue with attaching pictures... there are a few at the link

Thanks, it's pretty easy to change the geometry around in the software... Or there is always just filing to the desired finished shape. The next set I come ul with I am going g to try indexing with pins just the help with tuning.
