Bethlehem Olive and Double Died BEB Pens
« on: August 27, 2015, 03:19:23 PM »
I'm loving this pen stuff!  Need to step up on calls and get toneboards figured out, but pends are just so much fun!

Years ago my grandma gave me a rosary from the Holy Land made of olive wood. Well this weekend we celebrated her 80th birthday and I returned the favor by giving her a pen of Bethlehem Olive (top). The other is pink/blue dyed Boxelder I made for my sister. I really like the way both of them turned out!

Very nice Clint!! BO is a dream to turn & finish & looks great too!!

If you know anybody that is having a hard time writing due to arthritis or anything else try this kit. It looks very awkward & uncomfortable but the size is what the elderly need to be able to write better.

Thanks, Glen.  I probably should have put more thought into the style of pen before making it.  I prefer to use slimline myself, so I always lean towards them.  I like that concept though.

Gotcha, thanks!  So the style with the separate cap would be considered "American"?
