Been busy making goose calls lately with goose season fast approaching! First one is a piece of desert ironwood. First time working with this wood and its awesome stuff! Velvit oil finish
second is Chart pearl acrylic with clear chart insert blasted to give it a frosted look!
Third is a camo acrylic that went to a guide and was glad to hear he was very happy with it!
Third is a set I made for my good hunting buddy for his wedding. He loves the lava acrylic so I did a burnt hedge short reed with lava tips and matching duck/goose call with lava/black acrlic insert. Had a lanyard made up in lava colors as well and he was very happy with the gift!
Next is an amazing piece of maple burl! Hard to get it all in one picture!
next was a set made from ironwood burl. Also hard to capture the true beauty of this wood with pictures!
Lastly is a piece of ycb that had a big check thru it. I filled it with black alumilite and I thought it came out very neat with the lightening bolt running thru it!
