My first toneboard sound file
« on: April 29, 2015, 03:26:20 PM »
This is the outcome of my first actual toneboard.  Technically my second, but the first was thrown together, cut and "tuned" in about 10 minutes because I was so excited to get my jig in.   The results were less than favorable  :down1:

I've got a long way to go, but I was excited to get something I liked this early on.  Looking forward to this journey!!

If anyone wants to share critiques, I'd love to hear them.

On a side note, is there a way to post only a sound file to Photobucket?  I had to make it into a video for it to work...

One suggestion when recording turn the music off in the back ground  :hysterical:
Not bad sounds a little stiff but I think the tone is on the right track.

You mean you don't duck hunt with the radio on?  :duck:  I can't work without a radio and didn't realize it until after the fact.  Though it adds a nice ambiance to the background...

I appreciate it.  There were some times when the sound would just kinda fall out.  Took a very consistent air pressure to keep the sound right.  There are some things I know need work like a tighter cork that i feel will help.  I feel like I have only scratched the surface of the addiction to follow!
