After a few years of frustratingly puttsing around with box calls i bought a prarie game call's short paddle. Cedar over cedar.Excellent call BTW. I needed something as a guide to go by. I figured if a replicated a good call that plays well i could hopefully figure out how to make and tune a call. Well after several calls that made it to the woodstove, I finally made a few calls that looks good and sounds good. Now I have to try and make my own style.
This one is laminated Jatoba, maple and Cherry with a Jatoba lid with maple inlays.
