Favorite meats/meals
« on: February 26, 2015, 03:56:32 AM »
My co-workers and I cook together when we are away from home.  Yesterday we made wild turkey, duck, sausage and crawdad gumbo.  I enjoy using wild game and had everything in the freezer with the exception of the andouille sausage.  This made me wonder.  Since we have people on here from all over the country, what are some of your favorite meats/meals (ie. Duck fried rice, goose enchiladas, dove spaghetti, deer cheesesteaks, etc.)?

Cubed deer meat for fajitas and ground deer meat for tacos are both regular staples around our house.

I always enjoy a smoked deer loin stuffed with cream cheese.

And also italian dressing soaked turkey breast chunks wrapped in bacon and skewered on the grill.
Pass on the tradition. A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.

"Duck Tirds" I marinade duck breast strips for a day or so in either Italian or teriyaki sauce, then lay them on jalepeno halves stuffed with creme cheeze and then wrap in bacon and grill.
