Checkering tools, question...
« on: November 27, 2014, 07:47:19 AM »
Hi gang!
I'm getting psyched up to tackle checkering again, (butcher some wood)  :hammer:

Question.  I have a Dembart set of tools and have dulled all the cutter heads in my past attempt.  I hear that Gunline tools are better.  Would Gunline cutter heads fit Dembart handles?  I'm just hoping....

Thanks!
Doug

Drats...
Now I have to decide to just stick with the Dembart and buy a bunch of cutter heads, or go full line Gunline...
Thanks Wes!

You won't get money rich in this hobby.  The richness is in the culture, the craft, the friends you meet along the way, and being able to call in a wary game animal with a call that you made with your own hands.
