Joe, I have a good idea of what you have, space wise, in your shop.  Throwing this out to see who is bringing what in February. I can bring my two machines, tools, smoker, etc.. again.  I'm trying to get some wood from a couple of local vendors. We'll see how that pans out.

For the commited folks coming, what do you plan on bringing?

Regards,

Jeff

Indeed, space is certainly not at a premium, though there are more tools in the shop. :2up:
Got my stomach growling just thinking about the chow last time.... NOM NOM NOM!
So, let's hear what you're bringing folks.
Also need to figure out some ways of sharing knowledge in a semi-organized way.

Are you saying we shared in a semi-disorganized way last year?

I'm still looking good for that weekend, and as long as it stays that way I can bring a lathe if we want another.

This year, I think I'll smoke a nice big fat brisket!  I'll bring what I brung last year as well. Two machines & tools.  I'll forego my beverage cooler since Joe has ample space in his shop fridge!

I hope more folks in the proximate area decide to come... regarless, it'll still be a blaast!

Joe, will you have the ability to do some stabilizing this year. I have a few pieces of Mountain Laurel I would like to stabilize and color.  If you need materials from the "city", lemme know.

Henry- it was just a thought, I figured maybe there were some new or improved skills individuals might like to share. Perhaps a Reelfoot style woodie call....

Jeff- I can definitely stabilize some wood. You'll need to bring some dye from the "city" if you want to see them in color.

Getting pretty close now.  If there are any folks from VA/NC that want to car pool, let me know and we can arrange it.

Looking forward to it.

Hey Joe, do you have the ability to assemble some worthless wood blanks with your stabilizing set-up?

Sorry brother, you would need some kind of casting system in order to make that work.
