I have a carbide blade about 2" by 2" by 1/8" thick.  Any suggestions to drill holes in it Ben?

Why not use a regular saw blade with a carbide tooth and narrow the tooth to what you want. I have drilled a hand saw with a carbide masonry bit so I would think you could do the same thing to a regular saw blade. It shot the bit after 2 holes though.

No thought on a carbide 2 x 2 blade.

Angle grinder with a cutoff wheel makes quick work of a saw blade.

Joe, I only have the thick cutoff wheel and it's not cutting down the that easily into the wheel.

Drilling a couple of holes might speed cutting quite a bit. I'll have to try that!
