Yea the P2 jig is from pintail.  I found at first with this jig that my biggest issue was how far it was drilled.  That is obviously not my issue this time though.

Well after finding time to look at it last night for a good few minutes, I see what has gone wrong with this one! HAHA I feel like an idiot for not noticing but I guess when I drilled the end of the ionsert again to bore it out a bit bigger it actually went to far (where the cork goes).  Not sure how I didnt notice this ahead of time, but I think I found my answer.  Lesson learned!
