A couple of box sets
« on: January 01, 2009, 12:19:25 PM »
Here's a couple of sets we finished up lately. Thanks for lookin'

 Al

The first set is a joint effort by me and my Boss!!  ROTFLMAO I pictured both sides to show the two tone color of the shortbox.

This is Josh's first matched set. Wasn't sure he had it in him, but boy did he prove me wrong! I think I should have kept a few secrets from him!  :o

Parker,
We started building Cost style box calls almost two years ago. Josh asked if he could help, so I said sure. Honestly, I had my doubts whether he would stick with me, but boy was I wrong!! He's homeschooled, so he spends his days in the shop, and does his school work at night. I think he has a Bright future in callmaking if he sticks with it.. He's only 15 and already can build a mean box call! To say I'm proud of him would be a big understatement. I know one thing for sure, If he wasn't in the shop, I wouldn't build near as many calls!!!
