Curly, spalted magnolia with brazilian walnut insert
« on: July 22, 2014, 09:49:18 PM »
This one was directly inspired by Andrew Hadden's old school call.  I've been trying to shame him into making a proper metal reed call, but since I haven't been successful had to try one myself.  CA finish (though not as good as Andrew's finishes).

Gorgeous work Henry! Sadly my reelfoot calls may be a while out but maybe one day!

She is a beaut! I am fascinated that you are able to CA with a wedge block! I have pondered that for years and never attempted! Keep up the great work.
