Turtle shell call

I recently have been approached by several people about the prospect of producing a turtle shell call. Only problem is I have no idea how to do this.

I have a couple of friends that have made them and it wasn't that hard but I haven't done one myself. One bit of advice in many places it is illegal to sell them don't want to see you get into trouble

lol I hear ya! Naw a buddy of mine said he had found some but I just have to figure out how to do it.
