Some reelfoot calls
« on: November 25, 2013, 05:51:02 PM »
Pictures of some Reelfoot calls that I completed. Nothing fancy just plain hunting calls.

Two of them went today and the other two are spoken for, going to have to make another.
I used BLO for the finish and it had gotten old and the calls are a lot darker than I wanted but they should work ok. The first call had some pretty good figure in it when I started to turn it but the figure was skin deep so it went away.

Love'em, Ben.  The rosewood is my favorite!  Great work! :2up:

Nice calls Ben. I also really like the Rosewood but the first walnut call has some nice color contrast also.

They all look fantastic. I like the rosewood best also.
