Got a Great Lesson Today

Well, I went down to spend the day with Mac. And must say that I learned so much from Mac.
I never had a clue what all it took to make a pot call. I got a great lesson from the start to the finish on making a pot call. Man, there is a lot that goes into that. I learned about tools I never used, different ways etc...
Mac, Thanks again for taking time away from your calls and family to show me the ins and outs of call making.

What did he tell you about the center hole in pots?! :)

Lol Vince I knew you would chime in and I explained the debate on the center hole! It does has its place but I still like my calls without it!!! I did show him both ways to make them and I'm sure he will do justice to both formats!

Mind you all in good fun Brian!  I know Mac makes some awesome, flawless calls, so it is hard to say much about them that isn't talking about perfection.......so, I HAVE to pick out something for him to strive towards!  And he's TRIED a few center hole calls.  I have seen them!  ;)

I'll never tell his trade secrets.
He showed me how to turn them with and without, so he was not just showing one way, but from that point on, I'll never tell anything. :tt2:
