Pentel Pencil
« on: December 15, 2008, 12:04:39 PM »
Yesterday I made up a couple of pencils using the guts from Pentel clicker pen.

Marvin

All aluminum and all was done on the Jet Mini lathe.  This one here has found a home with an engineer.

This one is also all aluminum and was also done on the Jet.  I have a special attachment that I made for my knurling tool so that it will work on the Jet  Mini.  After the knurling was done, I sanded it so that it fades out toward the nib of the pencil.  This one has also found a home, mine!
