If you dimple the wrong side of the second reed in a DBL have you screwed that reed up or can you use it? I have an idea but want to know from the experts

What he said. But you can probably make the dimple go the other way if you re-dimple the correct side. Heck, a lot of times I end up dimpling a hole in the top reed and you can't tell a bit of difference from a typical dimple.
