Pens with the gun/bullet accents they sell at places like Penn State.

Do the ushers drink Beer?

Turn some bottle openers for them.  I get the kits from woodturnerscatalog and they are pretty easy to make.  I usually make mine from bocote with a CA finish.

Key chains, simple and fast to make.  Pens, a little more time and a little more cost.  Wine bottle stoppers, using a PSI stopper chuck and the silicon rubber stopper are cheap and fast.

Best groomsman/usher gift I ever got was a soft gun case with my name engraved on it.  My buddy did Boyt cases which are a bit spendy but you could do Avery or similar cases for less than $25 plus the embroidery.
