Molded Teal Call

I made this teal call and had it molded. What do yall think?

I am trying to make a hen teal call and having trouble getting the raspy sound.   I have  tried  various reed lengths and still can't get the sound I am looking for.  Should I vary the tone board channel length and which way should I go. Lengthen it or reduce it?
