Looking for good speck call
« on: July 24, 2013, 03:52:40 PM »
Ok, it's time to brag on yourselves.  I'm in the market for a good speck call.  Everyone seems to make a Canada goose call, but I rarely see any speck calls.  Show me what you got.

John Koepp made me a crosscut hedge speck call that will be on my lanyard every year I go out to Missouri.  I made one, but it sounded like a wounded donkey got ran over by a bus.  Here is a pic of the speck call I got from John.

John I make a speck call.  I'll have to send you pics later on today, but I can do wood or acrylic.  Here's a video of a friend of mine blowing one.  Just let me know what you decide.

Thanks,

Andrew Hadden

Hey John here's a burnt hedge speck call I just did. They look just like my goose calls, but I promise they are all speck!

Thanks

Andrew
