Is Pearl Fx the same as Pearl Ex and also do you need a pressure pot for casting?

Go to the International Association of Penturners, and read through the casting section.  Not sure if you need to sign up or not, but I do recommend that you do sign up.  There is a lot of information about a lot of things that are not callmaking but can be applied to callmaking in one way or another.

I'll move this to the casting blanks section for you.  We have quite a few call makers who cast their own blanks and you will probably get more of a response in that section.

You do not need a pressure pot to cast with.  although it helps with the air bubbles. I casted a hundred or so blanks without one, but once i decided i was gonna sell the blanks i made i would not sell one without it being pressure casted

I will probably mix it in a clear disposable plastic cup.

Remember some of these resins will melt some of the plastics, there is a code on all plastics, find out which are safe to use or you might have a mess to clean up.  The red Solo cups will melt with the resin I use.

Yes I use the clear cups from Walmart with a recycle code of five. I think you can also use a number one. But any other code will not hold up
