Only two options I know of for pre-made gutserts are Webfoot and Shell Creek.  Not sure of the dimensions they offer but it is a starting point.  Worst case, you can get a bit and drill and turn your own from delrin, aluminum, acrylic, sch. 40 electrical PVC, etc.

The closest thing I've seen is Shell Creek's

"Short Aluminum Gut Insert
Bore: .619"
7/8" Tenon
7/8" Tenon stepped down to: 3/4" diameter
for gluing into your insert.

Tenon Length: 3/4"
Gluing Surface Length: 1"
(Includes O Rings)"
