Amboyna Burl, Hedge, and Acrylic
« on: May 14, 2013, 07:21:30 PM »
Here is 3 I recently finished up.  The 1st is amboyna burl that Mr. David Baden on here sent me to make him a call out of.  I have never worked with this stuff before but will definately be picking some up for myself.  It was hard as rock and sounds exceptionally good IMO.  Next one is hedge, the color on this in hand is different than most of my hedge blanks, almost a cheese color to it.  Lastly is pearl green acrylic with white accent lines.

As always top shelf stuff there.

Amboyna sounds as good as acrylic with some good looks.  African Blackwood is a little more goosey, but just as dense.
