Every year at the EOD Memorial we have an auction and I had Ron engrave some bands for me so I could make a set to auction off. I'm not too sure that'll happen this year, but ever since my boss at my Guard unit saw one I made he's been bugging me to make him one with one of those bands. He wanted an acrylic call and I was a little hesitant because my first try with acrylic turned out barely ok. I apologize for the picture quality, but I kinda like how this one turned out. It's hard to tell in the pictures, but it has a satin finish, which was by accident. I polished it with my torch and got it too hot, so I sanded it out with 2000 grit to try again, but liked the way that looked and kept it. I think it looks better that way with the flat black band anyway. But enough yapping, any critique is welcome.
