Thanks for the kind words. I learned a few things this weekend. I have never set up a table and tried to sell calls. Furthermore, I have never tried to sell elk calls. For the crowd it seemed appropriate. Everyone thought they were awesome, but only sold a few. I realized I was asking too much. I based my price on what previous ones had auctioned for. Not a good way to do it. I should have looked at the going price for a bite call in the store then set a price a little higher than that. Also, for that crowd, variety would have been good. Bite, open reed, predator, grunts. I kept getting asked if I can do the different types. I know now for the next time.

Im always up for getting together, bu as Doug knows I rarely have the time. The two little ones typically ensure that I am busy. :hysterical: Let's give it a try anyway. Just let me know when. Brighton is pretty close.
